Our goal is to serve as agents of change in the path toward ensuring a sustainable future. The project takes place in the coastal city of Bat Yam, focusing on creating a distinct identity that sets it apart from the surrounding cities, making it a center of attraction. The process began with the creation of an east-west urban axis, connecting the Ayalon highway to the beach, passing through the commercial area designated for demolition, and meeting the sea at one of the city's last remaining vacant land areas. This axis forms a diagonal route with five key points—starting with a center for employment and education in the eastern part and extending to leisure and recreation areas in the west. It is rich in public spaces that serve as focal points, creating an urban network with high adaptability to future changes, reflecting our social and ecological approach.
