Our job is to serve as agents of change on the path to securing a sustainable future. The project takes place in the coastal city of Bat Yam, and focuses on creating its distinction from the other surrounding cities thus making it a center of attraction. The process began with the creation of an urban axis that spreads renewal: rich in public spaces and development that increases the degree of urban intensity.This creates an urban fabric with a high capacity for adaptation to future change, which represents our social and climatic approach.
